You may have to start the Autorun program to get the other things installed, I just thought it was a waste of time.
I may go back and install the other garbage later after I have some fun with my BFVietnam! Add the stuff you want, I'm sure it will be fine. I didn't install the other components like the Acegain, or the server manager, just the BFVietnam game. The multiplayer part I got after messing around with it. Then follow the links as above and you will be playing in no time. If you have to, uninstall and just reinstall, enter the game key and wait till the end, believe me it is worth it.
The DRM feature disabled the game in Windows 10. You also don't need to mess with compatibility mode any more. I did this as Administrator but you don't have to.
After that try the game and it should run. Follow the 'Simple' instructions once unzipped. The unzipped items have to reside in the BFVietnam folders respectively. Follow the link and instructions, you'll be downloading the patched executable that is zipped. There are a total of three different game modes.
